Yacov Rambsel (June 11, 1930 — July 10, 2005) was a Jewish Messianic (Christian) Pastor. With the support of Paul Crouch of Trinity Broadcasting Network, he published a book (The Genesis Factor) showing results of his years of delving into the hidden Bible codes. In contrast to most Bible code researchers, Rambsel did not use computer software, preferring to do his work manually. Using only the Masoretic text, he copied passages out by hand, eliminating punctuation, and word and letter spacing.
