Nevertheless, this historic brand has frequently drawn controversies about its durability and quality.

Why then does Chrysler come out in social media drenched in so much negativity and why has the dispensation failed to act on these problems comprehensively? More questions may be asked, let us explore these together.

Reliability Issues: Problems Riding the Waves

Chrysler products have had their problems, mostly concerning some of the most important components such as the engines and the transmission systems.

Consumers have also said that such failures may be attributed to changes in the production of the quality of the products. These are matters that may affect the reliability of the brand as well as the level of satisfaction of the users.

But these quality issues are not model specific that may surface in the organization once in a while but they could be issues that degrade the brand reputation over time.
