Chapter 10: Never Bring a Fork onto Türkish Airlines!
Journey Back Home!
After my life-changing overseas travel, it was time to go home. I missed my parents more than words can express. After all, they are the reason I wake each morning and go to work and live my life.
Going on the plane to ride back home was both sad and nervous. Let’s just say I don’t like being on the plane for a long time. The liftoff was rough, but my motion sickness stopped once I was in the air. I was sandwiched yet again, but I was blessed to be with the people I traveled with.
I made sure to move as much as I could. 12 hours and 11 minutes was how long it took from Taiwan to Türkiye Istanbul! It was strange to be back here, the place where it all began, my great big journey to the big, beautiful blue planet!
