How Many Articles Do You Have to Write to Become a Real Writer?

How many articles do you have to write to become a real writer?

100?

500?

1,000?

I’ve written a total of 342 articles on this platform.

But if I sent my articles to someone with a literature degree, they’d probably say,

“You’re f*cking not a writer. Nowhere near.”

To the literature bros, my writing = trash.

Because they keep having sex with beautiful, high-level work like this:

“To die, — To sleep, — To sleep!
Perchance to dream: — ay, there’s the rub;
For in that sleep of death, what dreams may come,
When we have shuffled off this mortal coil,
Must give us pause: there’s the respect
That makes calamity of so long life;”

Sure, even if I’ve written 1,000,000 pieces, they’ll still say my work is garbage if I can’t write something like The Odyssey by Homer.
