At the beginning of this week, on 24th February, we celebrated Steve Jobs’ 70th birth anniversary. Though the Apple co-founder and visionary is no longer with us today, a lot comes to our mind when we think of what he has left behind — right from the iPhones in our hands to the iPads and Macs on our workstations and the joy of watching the amazing animated Pixar films from the 90s and 2000s. It won’t be a stretch to say that Jobs has left a mark not just in the tech and entertainment industry but also in the hearts and minds of many kids and creative souls who ever thought of changing the world with their crazy ideas.

Last year, I picked up ‘Make Something Wonderful’, a short book published by SJA (Steve Jobs Archive) which had a compilation of Jobs’ inspiring speeches, product demos, interviews, and emails (written to self and others) from over the years. The quotes I found in this book were timeless and something I have thought of every single day, in every big and small scenario. But most importantly, it had a profound impact on my writing.
