Social media made hustle culture glamorous. Inspirational quotes on Instagram. Entrepreneurs vlogging about 100-hour weeks. Young founders bragging about “sacrificing everything” for their dreams.
However, if you have ever given hustle culture a real shot, with the morning routines and cold showers and all of that, you may have quickly realized one thing: it doesn’t work.
