If we’re similar in any way, you remember to look after your skin, your appearance, and your fitness. But often forget to even think about the organ, which lets you think in the first place.

My goal with this brain care routine was to boost my brain performance today, and fix my brain health in the long term…

Step #1 — The Gas For Your Vehicle

Our brain’s performance is a function of its fuel, and in today's fast-paced world, it’s effortless to fall prey to junk food.

With the brain being only 2% of the body’s weight, but consuming 20% of its energy, we need to feed it the right type of fuel.

We know this, yet the typical Western diet consists of high levels of saturated fats, and sugars, that cause obesity, cardiovascular disease, and also cognitive decline.
