I stopped crash dieting and fixed my gut health instead.
Crash diets turned my life into a perpetual cycle of fat loss followed by fat gain. Inflaming my gut, and destroying my metabolism in the process, causing issues like:

The Perfect Meal
For a meal to be considered “perfect”, it must be:
- High in protein.
- Antioxidant-rich.
If it checks both of these boxes, then the meal will:
- Keep you full for longer with the protein.
- Get your skin glowing with the antioxidants.
- Repair and rebuild your gut with rich prebiotics and probiotics.
