The First Diet to Kickstart Fat Loss is The Easiest
The initial weight loss stresses your body out the least.
So many internet gurus overcomplicate the first stage of weight loss: getting started, when in reality this is the easiest part to get through, throughout this stage:
- Your hunger levels will be at their lowest.
- Your risk for muscle loss is negligible.
And you only have 2 things to focus on, calories and protein. Let’s first talk about calories: you don’t need to completely cut out carbs, sugars, or any of your favorite snacks.
