All throughout college my life was in a perpetual state of procrastination, combined with MANY unfulfilled dreams and goals. Sounds relatable?
You wouldn’t be here if it wasn't.
You suffer from a modern ailment called a TikTok Mind. A TikTok Mind is ruled by 0 self-control and a constant dopamine influx.
The Single Mind > The TikTok Mind
But why is a TikTok Mind so dangerous?
Because an average TikTok is 15 seconds long, which means in an hour you’ve plowed through 240 of them…
Think about it… 240 unique ideas in ONE HOUR.
But how can you counteract this loss of focus?
It’s simple.
I built a Single Mind, which meant instead of focusing on TikTok for 60 minutes, I intentionally watched an Episode of Suits. Single-mindedness is the state of only focusing on one thing at a time (like watching a TV show, or writing).
