So, I recently decided to give up caffeine for 30 days.
No more coffee or energy drinks — just me and herbal tea. Here’s a glimpse into my caffeine-free month.
The decision was pretty straightforward, I wanted to see what life was like without that daily caffeine jolt.
Day 1 felt surprisingly normal, with no immediate withdrawal symptoms. “Maybe this won’t be so bad,” I thought.
But by Day 2, the headaches kicked in, and I quickly realized this journey might not be a walk in the park. The absence of my usual morning coffee routine left me feeling a bit lost.
As the days went on, the withdrawal symptoms peaked around Day 5.
Headaches, irritability, and a general lack of energy made me question why I signed up for this in the first place. Pushing through, I eventually reached a point where the physical struggles started to ease.
