After 237 consecutive days of completing articles, I’ve finally learned how to write consistently without burnout.

I still remember the day my writing habit almost died.

It was a Tuesday in February, and I was staring at my laptop screen at 11:47 PM. I had less than fifteen minutes to finish something, anything, to keep my daily streak alive. My mind was blank, and I was seriously considering breaking my promise to myself.

That night, I wrote the worst article I’ve ever written. But more importantly, I realized I needed a system that wouldn’t leave me in that position again.

Fast forward to today: I’ve completed an article every day for the past 237 days, rarely spending more than an hour on my first drafts. I don’t publish everything I write, and I don’t publish every day.

More importantly, I’m not exceptionally talented or uniquely disciplined. I simply discovered a framework that works.

The last thing you want to do is rely solely on your willpower.

Start strong, write passionately for 3–4 days, and then crash and burn.

Sound familiar?
