The best kind of existence is one in which our basic physical and spiritual needs are satisfied, both near home and outside of it. That is:

You’ve met your needs sufficiently for both yourself and your immediate community. You have good food, an agreeable home, material, and monetary security.

- You have accomplished close-to-home equilibrium by incorporating adolescent injuries and educational encounters. In this manner, your mind is entire, and you are in genuine contact with yourself.

- You become genuinely equipped to know yourself, grasping your mental construction, inclinations, abilities, and shortcomings, and settling on important decisions together as one with what your identity is.

- You foster an expert action that utilizes your gifts and carries an increased value of individuals around you and the local area you are important for, that you feel addresses and satisfies you.

- You have solid and agreeable associations with individuals around you. You can express your wants and thoughts and accept and make room for the needs and opinions of others.

- You and your partner both give and get the same things in a relationship where you feel valued, accepted, supported, and respected.

- You become fit for knowing and dealing with your feelings, acquiring astuteness and equilibrium from the educational encounters you have gone through.

- You gain a more profound comprehension of life and potentially foster an otherworldly practice or an individual or intervened relationship with the Heavenly.

Furthermore, presently I might want to ask you, where are you in this cycle, or what is the most ideal life for you?
