AI has killed computer science. Software Engineers are worthless. There are no tech jobs. Everyone is just obsolete.

It’s a great story, but it’s just that, a story. It’s the same old hype cycle.

Think about it. It was hard to transport things until the tyre was created. We moved from animals to wheels to cars.

Decades later, where are we?

We are still in the same endless loop. Something comes, some people hype it, some people make a good amount of money, then maybe a market crash.

New technology drops, people overhype it and swear it’s going to get 20 times better overnight, replacing every system we have. If that sounds familiar, it’s because AI is no different.

But you definitely are going to get fired. Yes, you heard it right. Even I will get fired one day. Everyone has an equal chance, except that you are in the top 1% in the industry.

But I’m telling you one thing: AI is not going to replace you (at least now).
