I used to wait.

Wait for the fear to go.
Wait for motivation to strike.
Wait for things to fall into place.

But it rarely did.

I would sit with my thoughts, overthink everything, and let the anxiety grow roots inside my mind.

Until one day, I tried something different.
I got up. I moved. I acted.

This was during my first year of graduation.
I was overwhelmed with expectations, confusion, and self-doubt.

I used to feel that I was an odd one out in a crowd of brilliant students.
But I decided to do something before it was too late. I chose a few small things and acted on them.

Those tiny steps made me feel alive again.
They gave me a little spark, just enough to keep going.
