Most people are like this:
Grind hard to get a job, finally land it, and then… get trapped in that zone.
But the actual paranoid people, they think they are already fired. I know that sounds delusional, but that’s actually a brilliant game.
When you act like you are unemployed, you don’t simply wait till you get fired. That fear will motivate you to spend extra hours upskilling.
It’s dangerous to get too comfortable in today’s market. Layoffs, shifting project budgets, and the main thing, ‘Brooo... AI’s gonna replace you.’
Google, Amazon, Microsoft, and even service-based companies like IBM and Infosys are doing silent layoffs here and there.
It will be a matter of seconds where you will be getting a mail saying —
‘We are sorry to inform reducing our workforce due to budget constraints and unfortunately you are one of them who is getting affected. Now just leave from here, we don't need you’
