Running out of writing ideas is never a fun time. It means spending time you wanted to use writing, doing something else. Sometimes inspiration hits, and you have an idea ready to go. Sometimes that doesn’t happen.

So how do you keep writing when this happens? How have I posted 2+ articles per day since November 20th? Here’s how.

Repurpose

Using your old content isn’t a bad thing, providing you add something new to the conversation. It goes without saying you can’t just copy and paste your work and slap a new title on it. You need to have respect for your readers.

Repurposing is great, if you’ve written a great point that you know can help or entertain people and you want to reinforce that message, write it again. The best way to make someone remember something is to tell them, tell them again, and tell them again for good measure.

Repurposing if done right can give you an infinite supply of content. Just make sure you don’t get lazy and keep those pesky bear paws of yours off the copy-and-paste keys.

Experience
