I strongly believe the early years define character. It is where the minds are shaped and values instilled.
Education plays a significant role in People fortunate enough to access it. It lays the foundation for lifelong learning.
This is why, Education should be a collaborative journey of Exploration, Discovery and Growth.
It’s about Empowering children to flourish in their own way and reach their full potential while fostering a love of learning through Kindness, Respect, and Collaboration.
The school system and everyone being part of it play a significant role. From the back office people to the ones being in the front line, this is not just a “job”. It goes beyond that.
You have the Potential and Power to profoundly impact lives.
By creating a positive and supportive and think outside the box environment for students, members working in schools, and parents through innovation and collaboration, this is contributing to the Educational journey of every child/individual.
In other words, this is my philosophy of Education. I find my purpose in tutoring children during my free time. It allows me to directly contribute to their growth and witness their potential blossom, which is incredibly rewarding.
That’s it, starting March by sharing a part of my good seeds plantation ☺ ; a great way to giving back to the Community.
