Stress Management- Doing exercise

Would you like doing exercise during the week? If you feel stress, doing exercise good to let you feel relax. Do you agree? Doing exercise can be one of stress management no matter on what kinds of exercise like walking, cycling, running.

1) Let the body release the stress Hormones

Sometimes, your body has the signals like pains from different areas that let you put down your work because of stress. Doing exercise let the body calm down and reduce the hormones of growing stress easily.

2) Can have better sleeping quality

I think it is better to improve the sleeping quality if you have periodic exercise in a week. Actually, we are so busy that haven’t enough time to sleep. Doing exercise can help improving our health instead. Also, it can help refreshing our brain that have clear mind and concentrated on doing our work.

3) Have positive emotion

Doing exercise can let us release our anger or anxiety. Sometimes we may be easily affected by the surroundings which let us have negative emotion. It may accumulate to be stressful in our life. After doing exercise, we feel relaxed and comfortable. The negative emotion can be got away at that time.

In my conclusion, doing exercise is one of stress management. We can leave away the busy work and go outside for a period of time. Also, we can forget any negative things when cycling or doing any sport. Furthermore, some kinds of exercise can do with friends together. We can meet and share with our friends easily. So, try doing exercise when you feel stress. I think it is a good method of stress management.
