Mark Zuckerberg, with bags full of money, has chosen what news of him would be about: A relentless CEO on a hunt for AI talents from other top companies.

By doing this is, he’s breaking an age-long recruitment agreement in Silicon Valley. Although this secret no-poach code was said to have reduced workers mobility and suppressed their wages, it held Silicon Valley together. Zuckerberg’s antecedence could break industry trust and threaten internal cohesion.
