Create a Routine You Can Live With
No extreme diet can become your lifelong companion. So, instead of cutting out entire food groups, learn to eat mindfully. Listen to your body’s hunger and fullness cues. Choose whole foods, eat at regular intervals, and allow room for occasional indulgences. A lifestyle that’s too rigid will eventually break. One that’s flexible stays.
