There Are Two Tech Job Markets, Make Sure You’re in the Right One.

You don’t have to be a part of the terrible one.

I know most people are either scared or scaring others about the future.

Even CEOs of top companies will share shocking one-liners that media houses use as a sacred slogan and become fear-mongers.

Because fear sells and everyone is selling fear about the tech job market

But let’s see if all of this is true. Tech was meant to grow exponentially and create more jobs.

They’re half-right. The party is over for one type of tech job. But for the other, it’s just getting started.

Although the tech has indeed grown exponentially in the last 5 years, the jobs… not that much.

People are wrong about the concept of tech jobs. Doing Data Entry is not a tech job. Copy-pasting code from a forum isn’t a tech job.

Running basic reports from a fancy dashboard isn’t a tech job.

Even “frontend development” is not that much of a tech job if you are just an HTML/CSS guy. But yeah, frontend development has been made too much complex to…
