What Do You Eat or Drink to Relax?
These are my choices to help me relax — try them, they might help you too!
I love my food and drinks!
Tea and coffee are my go-to beverages. In many households, these two beverages bring people together.
This also applies to my home! We love our tea and coffee.
I have tea or coffee with everything.
While studying or completing a work assignment you will always find a cup of tea or coffee on my desk to relax me.
The alcoholic drink that relaxes me is red wine! Red wine puts me in the mood for anything. I typically like having a glass with my dinner.
It is said moderate consumption of red wine is great for the heart.
So, I need to make my heart happy! Haha!
Okay, on to the food! Yum! Yum!
Cheesecake does the trick for me. In my twenties, I ate a piece of cheesecake every single day. I am not kidding!

After a stressful exam or hectic workday, cheesecake was the dessert of choice that always relaxed me.
