What happened when I finally shared my story after years of silence

Sometimes I wonder who even reads what I write. I am sitting here in India, typing simple words about my life, my small struggles, my tiny wins and the big losses and then a stranger from Germany comments, saying “this made sense to her.” Someone from the US sends a message “I feel the same.”

It surprises me and it works. Because I never thought my life here could touch a life there in different countries, in different cultures, in different problems. But the feelings, they are almost the same.

We think our story is too ordinary, too local, too small to matter and believe me when i say it, i never ever wrote anything online for almost 6–7 years because of this. I felt too small in this big world. But here I am, just thinking if only I had started earlier, I would have got much more love and I would have grown beyond.

I started writing and exploring only after 2020, after my Air force journey. I just had too much going on and I had to take it off somewhere. And as usual when your time is bad, you will hardly find any company. So I was all alone, trying to figure out my…
