Similar to publishing on Google, writers can earn more from advertisements displayed on their blogposts when they reach a certain milestone, such as a certain amount of views.

So, what if Medium started by implementing advertisements on writers with more than 1,000 followers?

That way, everyone will earn not only from 30-second reads, but also from advertisements displayed on their articles.

Or do you think the platform will look a little messy?
