We, as human beings, tend to screw up most of the time. We can’t help it. So, instead of avoiding mistakes, learning how to deal with them is better.

“When something happens, the only thing in your power is your attitude toward it; you can either accept it or resent it.” — Epictetus

Here’s a question for you:

What do you do when you screw up? Will you complain? Will you beat yourself up? Will you blame others? Or worse, give up?

It’s way better to change your attitude towards mistakes.

Here are 3 lessons that might help you the next time you screw up.

1. Make the best of it

Have you seen the Tower of Pisa?

It wasn’t meant to be crooked. Yet, thousands of people visit the Leaning Tower every year to make ‘the’ pose.

Good things can even come from mistakes.

As you’ve heard, Sir Alexander Fleming, by mistake, created penicillin, but in reality, it saved millions of lives.
