I’ve been writing notes ever since I was able to write. Whether at school or in my private life. After such a long time, a lot of notes naturally accumulated and at some point, I had a mountain of paper on my desk.

If I was looking for something, I couldn’t find it. I simply couldn’t go on like this and was urgently looking for a solution so that I could quickly find my notes for certain topics again.

My solution for structured and organized notes

I spend a lot of time on social media and if you’re in the productivity niche, you’ll see an advert for the Remarkable 2 at least once a day. After a lot of back and forth and many test reports, I decided to order it. I know it’s incredibly expensive for its benefits (in Germany you pay just under €500), but I still wanted to give the device a chance. What’s more, you have a 100-day right of return if you don’t like the Remarkable.

The Remarkable arrived at my home around three days later. I was hyped and wanted to try it out straight away, as their marketing slogan is always that it feels like writing on paper. I soon realized that although they were 50% right, they were also 50% wrong. Sure, you do realize that you are writing on a screen and not on a sheet of paper.
