Writer’s Block Isn’t Fun

I guess writing isn’t always easy

I was in the middle of writing an article and it just wasn’t working out.

Writing often comes easy, but not everything was coming together and I actually do have standards. I didn’t delete the article but I saved it as a draft, so I might be able to revive it on another day.

Maybe I’m feeling the after-effects of the Texas Longhorns losing in overtime, or it could be the depressing weather. I even worked out earlier and that didn’t do the trick.

I would drink a cup of coffee, but it’s way past midnight, and I have no desire to stay up all night long. So, here I am writing about writing. Or something like that.

I do have a list of ideas on my phone to write about, but I’m not really in the mood to write about those topics. On the bright side, it looks like I didn’t have any phantom viewers today, and all of those random views didn’t crash my earnings.

So, that’s always a plus.

Speaking of earnings, it seems like things are finally looking up. I was about ready to create a GoFundMe. Only time will tell if things keep trending upward.

I could keep writing, but I’m boring myself to sleep. I promise I’ll have a much better article next time.

Do you ever deal with writer’s block? How do you get through it? (Asking for a friend)
