Meditation is not rocket science.

You don’t need a fancy routine to meditate. You don’t have to be in the perfect environment to meditate. And you certainly don’t need to rely on an app that requires you to pay a monthly $12 subscription fee to meditate.

No, meditation is stupid simple.

It’s just that rampant self-improvement social media marketing has diluted the simple image of meditation and turned it unnecessarily complex.

If you’ve ever tried meditating, thought that it wasn’t working, and then proceeded to Google “what’s the optimal number of breaths per minute meditation,” then this one is for you.

I’m about to break down meditation into 3 simple steps, so you never have to wonder if you’re doing it wrong again.

How to meditate for dummies

Let’s get one thing straight: Meditation is the art of doing nothing.

You’ve probably found that the harder you tried to make meditation work for you, the less you ended up achieving. In other words, the more you stress about meditation, the more stressed out you become.
