I know it can be tough to find places to publish your work no matter what kind of writing you do. However, short stories and poetry can feel even more difficult to find a home for than regular book-length manuscripts.
I dug into the annals of the internet and found a treasure trove!

The first list is for publications, such as magazine, journals, and reviews. The second list is book publishers who are open to short story and poetry submissions for publishing.
Some of these are looking for more than just short stories, including poetry, flash fiction, and even novellas!
