To have a beautiful, happy and fruitful life, there are some things you have to do for yourself. Is it telling yourself you deserve the right to live a happy life, so you don’t have to compromise with yourself? Or is it making a list of your needs and never forgetting them? We all have our battles that we’re fighting deep down inside. Many people struggle to love themselves, which can have a devastating impact on their happiness. Well, It’s time to explore the age-old question.

Do I Love Myself?

What does it mean to love yourself? If you love yourself, what someone is believing about you is never the reason for your headache. I know, it’s easy to write this expression but, it’s really difficult to apply in our daily routine. But, it’s high time we keep ourselves on top of the list. It’s easy to get caught up in our routines, get carried away with unhealthy emotions, and not truly take care of ourselves.

Did I Treat Myself Today?

Ok, the first point, “treating yourself” does not always indicate offering materialistic things to yourself. What I mean by giving a treat is you need to appreciate yourself every day. We often blame ourselves if we are unable to complete a daily task during the day and label it as unproductive. But, hold on, you need to change here. Being productive also refers to taking care of your mental and physical health. If you have been working on yourself and you have invested some time for yourself, Good Job Buddy! You are going great! Give a pat for taking care of your life and accepting your emotions.

How Am I Feeling Today? Am I Ok?

Who hasn’t tossed and turned for hours last night worrying about their health? If you feel bad, you might think you are alone. But, you’re not. People around you might be feeling the same way. We often get busy with our daily chores and forget about the state we are in. Ask yourself today- how are you feeling mentally? Do you feel you need to take care of the body more? Do you want to work on a diet? Or would like to add something to your routine?

How Do I Work On Myself?

How many of us think upon this? We are so caught in social media posts and stories sometimes that we often forget our scope of improvement. Prepare a list of what will make you happy and, while you do so, DO NOT, REMEMBER, DO NOT, underestimate your emotions and pain if you want to stay healthy.

What Did I Achieve This Month?

Make a point to do something creative for yourself. It can be learning music, indulging yourself in cooking, or baking a cake for yourself. You can also broaden your search on passive income and financial stability. We admit that money is essential to living a life and, so why not is we focus on financial stability. List down some ideas at the start of every month that you want to achieve and explore. Spend30 mins of your day on this task and do not skip.
