Dawn’s Shimmering Light

A Zeno poem
Dawn threw open her treasure chest
to give me a
fleeting
view
bars of gold on
turquoise
blue
precious gems of
ev’ry
hue.
I love taking early-morning walks. This morning I was out at the perfect time — sunrise. The sky was especially radiant in the brief moments before the sun began its climb. I wanted to capture the memory of its beauty. I mentally composed a Zeno poem as I walked. Image Creator made the picture above when I used words from the poem for the prompt. Thank you for reading.
