There is no need to dim your own light
You have the right to let it shine bright
And you are here to bring your message to life
Don’t let them tell you otherwise

It isn’t you whom you need to sacrifice
No need to listen to your shoulder devil’s lies
You can cut these past emotional ties
Don’t let them tell you otherwise

Peace is not found in the outer world, it’s inside
And dark times actually occur to help you rise
If you allow the flow, the universe will empathize
Don’t let them tell you otherwise

There lives your soul behind these angel eyes
No ghost in the shell, it’s rather an invigorated guise
It expands in space, and shows your actual size
Don’t let them tell you otherwise
