Hope
Prompt Writing
H.O.P.E.
Hard to hold on to, based on fears or past experiences, letdowns and misperceived dreams.
Offering up gratitude, knowing that hope is needed to survive, to thrive.
Praying through love, practicing staying in the moment, pushing out the existing programming.

Hope is the single seed that creates forests, roots for days, interwoven where we cannot see, but ever exists.
Hope is in the simple smiles of the innocent, those who are closest to love.
Hope is a hand reaching out on your darkest day, unexpected and kind.
Hope are the tears that cleanse your soul, releasing that which dared to hold you back or kept you stagnant.
