Hard to hold on to, based on fears or past experiences, letdowns and misperceived dreams.
Offering up gratitude, knowing that hope is needed to survive, to thrive.
Praying through love, practicing staying in the moment, pushing out the existing programming.
Eternal Now, our right, our solace, that place where fear cannot exist, for it only lives within the outer constructs, of decided upon agreements, that is our inherent right to reject.

WHAT IS HOPE?

Hope is believing, trusting and practicing faith even when the evidence cannot be seen or heard. Hope is a knowing that the way will be shown, even if it doesn’t look like you think it should.
Hope is pure strength in its fragility, just like humanity.
Hope is eternal, a gift that cannot be given back, something to hold on too in a two-handed grip. Hope is resilience, shining like a supernova star through the creeping darkness.
Hope cannot be taken, only given.
Hope is the single seed that creates forests, roots for days, interwoven where we cannot see, but ever exists.
Hope is in the simple smiles of the innocent, those who are closest to love.
Hope is a hand reaching out on your darkest day, unexpected and kind.
Hope are the tears that cleanse your soul, releasing that which dared to hold you back or kept you stagnant.

HOW DO WE LOSE HOPE?

Hope can only be lost when we give over our power. When we believe that we are not enough. When all earthly possessions or outside validation no longer sustains us, because we falsely believed that these things made us who we are. When we forget that we are divine, inherited by the miracle of birth. One cannot lose hope unless one gives it away. When the trials of life have ground us down to our baser selves, hope can live like a tiny flame flickering inside us.

WHEN HAVE YOU NEEDED HOPE?

Every day on this planet, for every incarnation of life lived,
in every choice made.
Desolate, broken, infused with…
