life’s radiant sunshine,
life’s little indulgent moments,
life’s beautiful symphonies,

every day has potential and joy —

rushing like a river rapids, to and fro.
Too many things to do, too little time:
living to exist and forgotten how to live?

Sands of time, fading away, tick-tock ticking,

take a moment to breathe and smell,
take a moment to stop, look and see
take a moment to enjoy time standing still,
Break free from your busy life and stress,

uplift your inner child, heart, and soul. Let it soar…

see the stranger on the pavement smile at you
see others’ pain, it’s maybe the same as yours
see the golden ray dancing in the sparkling snow
See, and hear, a playful gusty wind rustling leaves.

Allow light and joy, to bounce and skip through life —
