Dusty Roads of New Mexico…
Leroy and Kristen are pulled to the side of the road. The engine died as they were heading back The Archives.
Leroy pops the hood of the truck, “Damnit! I knew I should have changed the battery before we left last night.”
Smoke is billowing from the engine. “Well, shit… Now we are in real trouble, Leroy. How are we going to fix this?” Kristen seems annoyed.
Snapping his fingers and smiling that thousand-dollar smile, Leroy responds, “You KNOW exactly how we will fix this.
Kristen’s eyes expand in surprise and glee, “You mean…?”
Excitedly, Leroy responds, “YES!!!”
Questioning him, “We can really do that? I mean, as long as no one is around watching us, I guess it would be okay just this once.”
“Come on, Kristen! You know you want to. It’s been so long since we’ve even done something like that. It’s a good time to make sure we are still able to.” Leroy starts to get giddy.
