Today was the last lesson in hand-to-hand combat for the two sisters. Tomorrow would be a grueling test for the dark elf twins. Grukah had his hands full teaching the girls in the ways of dark elf battles.

Most days, their attention was elsewhere. Today was no different. The sisters seemed to be bickering back and forth more than usual. Having them face off against each other could be a good way to expend their energy. On the other hand, putting weapons in their hands and having them face off could be disastrous.

Allyna, the girl with dark brown hair and silver eyes, was the calmer of the two. She was the daughter who seemed to take charge in classes and was a leader in various clan happenings.

Nara, the girl with snow-white hair and piercing dark blue eyes, stood in the shadows. She was more mysterious and misunderstood by the Glenforge clan. Nara could usually be found in the library with her head in a book, studying the history of her clan.

Against his better judgment, Grukah stood between the two sisters, his hands held high, keeping them from pouncing on one another. “Now, girls, remember, lead with your stronger side, weapon at the ready.”
