What’s Really Happening When We Pray to Angels?

Have we been praying to untapped aspects of our subconscious mind this whole time?

adjective

  1. a spiritual being believed to act as an attendant, agent, or messenger of God, conventionally represented in human form with wings and a long robe.
  2. a person of exemplary conduct or virtue.

Most of us are familiar with Angels. Growing up Roman Catholic, angels were usually depicted as benevolent beings employed by God to intervene in the lives of human beings.

(Think Touched By An Angel.)

My Roman Catholic upbringing strongly advised me to pray for God to send his angels. Ask, and they will answer.

However…

When my spiritual journey began a few years ago, I discovered that we are supposed to pray to angels because they need our permission to intervene in our lives. It is not “ask, and they will answer”. It is “ask so that they can answer.”

But I have a question for you,

What if we’ve got it wrong?

Could angels be the manifestation of new perspectives?
