The tidying process you’re going to read isn’t about clearing your life or making it appear nice for the rest of the world to see. Instead, you’re going to clean up in a way that will bring you joy and improve your life forever.
This procedure(sounds more like a surgeon)or process has aided me personally.

That’s why I’d like to share it with my fellow authors and readers.

You will notice various changes once you have completed the steps and cleared your mind.
Once you’ve cleaned out your headspace, you’ll never go back to being cluttered. You’ll also have a clear understanding of your values and goals. You will be able to achieve your objectives and will have a sense of fulfillment every day. The secret to success is to organize everything swiftly and completely. You will never want to return to clutter once you have experienced what it feels like to have your heart and mind entirely tidy in the true sense of the term, and the strength of that sensation will empower you to preserve it forever.

1. Make fear your greatest ally.

The Method may seem a little hard.

It does require time and effort. But, you must be reading so far with the intention of at least making a good stab at seriously clearing up your headspace, so please keep reading. And believe in yourself. Once you have made up your mind, all you need to do is to apply the right method.

It starts in your mediation space , sit and relax. Mentally scan your body.

When you mentally scan your body from head to toe — you will become aware of your aches, pains, or sensations you may be experiencing.

Feel your head to toe. Feel every ache, pain, or sensation you might be feeling. Just breathe.

Now take a deep breath and recall your apprehension.

- Anxiety about introducing fresh ideas at work!

- The fear of losing your business!

- Relationship phobia!

- The fear of missing deadlines!

Anything but your most terrifying “FEAR.”

The only way to overcome fear is to confront it. Avoiding our anxieties makes us anxious and inhibits us from moving forward. But be kind with yourself and only do what you feel comfortable doing! If you find yourself becoming increasingly anxious, take a break and notice or do something enjoyable or soothing. You might try to explore your fear again later if it feels comfortable, taking breaks as needed.

“Every time your fear is invited up, every time you recognize it and smile at it, your fear will lose some of its strength.”

Thich Nhat Hanh

Once you develop the habit of thinking and talking about your fear, your brain will begin to process it as a normal chore to do and will soon become less stressful. Sit and have coffee with your fear every day and carry the below discussion.

You:- Hello, I despise you;

FEAR:- I know, but I am terrifying.

You :- YOU ARE NOT

FEAR :- YES, I AM, I have the power to ruin your life.

You: “I don’t believe so, “so what if I fail?”

Try this for 10 days at a time, but at the same time every day.

Believe me when I say that you will notice the results in a month.Fear makes us notice and recall bad occurrences, reinforcing our perception of the world as a frightening place. Dont let fear makes you notice instead you face your fear and surprise it.

2. Finish discarding first

Consider your brain as an almirah or a residence. You’ve also hired a cleaning service to clean your home or almirah.

The cleaning process begins. And as you clean up, you notice one thing about yourself: you never seem to be able to store everything without getting rid of anything. You can view old retail items, furniture, and clothing, among other things. On the surface, a home will appear nice when things are put away, but if storage units are overflowing with superfluous goods, it will be impossible to keep them orderly, resulting in chaos.

Apply the same cleansing technique to your mind.

The key to brain cleaning success is to finish eliminating first.

Throw out outdated ideas, plans, and bad memories. Only after you’ve decided what to preserve and what to discard can you arrange where to store your thoughts and what to put them in, because only then will you have an accurate sense of how much needs to be stored.

Thinking about where you’ll put things (thoughts) or whether you’ll be able to fit everything in your head will just divert your attention away from the task at hand, and you’ll never finish. That would be a terrible waste; instead, think about whatever storage you could have.

Many of us experience ‘too much on our thoughts.’ You can be concerned about the future, ruminating on previous mistakes, or dreading a long mental to-do list. It’s difficult to focus and be productive when your mind is racing with a variety of ideas. Everything can seem overwhelming, and emotions of anxiety or panic are common. As a result, you may be experiencing sleep disturbances, which exacerbates the problem as you become more exhausted.

Relaxation is not only restorative for a tired body, but also for a busy mind.
