We need to strive to be better. But often we will fail to the level of our comfort zone.

Every time you try something, the same result, nothing improved. So why bother? Why don’t give up now and move on? This is how our feelings and emotions act up.

We are struggling to change our whole life. To change and get better in life. Is it so difficult? We want our best self. But our willpower is not there when we need it most. Or they don’t exist at all?

Pain Is growth, make it work for you, write your ‘memoir’

For many years. I do not understand ‘pain’. I believed I put in all my trust with my friends. Not quite true. At some point, I hurt myself instead.

It is not exactly mental health, but what attacks are horrible thoughts. Like failures in career and relationships. We are always in the self blaming state and never learn to set ourselves free.
