Meetings are more shopworn than we want to admit. Face it, if we had another alternative, would we schedule a meeting?

Who hasn’t sat through a meeting only to think at the end, “That could’ve been an email.” Boring, ineffective, and a huge waste of time? Yep. Yet, no one knows what to do instead.

Here are five things you can do to shake your meetings up.
