Do This Before You Sleep Tonight
This is a simple habit that can change how you view your day.
In bed, when you are ready to sleep, think about three things that you are grateful for today, from the moment you open your eyes in the morning to this very moment. Just think about today.
You might feel your day sucks, and there’s a way to shift your perspective about today. Switch your thoughts towards things that are going right, what is it about today that makes you smile?
Remember these moments and be thankful for the experiences. Say thank you for each and your day is not as bad as you think. If you choose to look at your day this way, you will realise although your day might not be great, it was good.
Today is almost over and get some rest. Tomorrow is a new day.
