Some of you may already know that I have severe joint and muscle problems. I was only 53 when I got my first hip prosthesis. 😢

My opinion on the Rockerz Fitness® Muscle Massage Gun
The least effort makes my muscles tense, accompanied by pain, of course. With the use of this massage gun, I can ease the tension of the muscles without having to go to a physiotherapist every time. 😊
One slight negative may be that it saddens me I didn’t discover this earlier. Pretty bad, isn’t it? I don’t think I’ll ever recover from that. 😏
The massage gun comes in a super handy case you can take with you everywhere you go. There is a handy appendix with all the information on how to use the device. 😊
It also has different attachments, so you can use it for all your muscles. You really can’t go wrong with that price if you ask me. 😉
