The best solution that immediately comes to mind is remote working.
Working remotely is best explained as maintaining a professional approach to your responsibilities but doing so from any place, usually home, other than the employer’s physical location.
Special arrangements and agreements need to be established between the employer and employee when remote working is established.
Once that is all addressed, the employee needs to prepare a work environment that is suitable for their home.
