Celebrating July 4th is a blessing
wishing for more love for everyone
may all hate and malice be suppressed
every day forward, eliminate pain and hurt
based on skin type and ethnicity
America is the melting pot for all
the sooner this is accepted
the sooner all will be free
from fear and suppression of each other
today is the day to begin
tomorrow you may be gone like a vapor
leaving this world…
