Is Google Right to Cut Pay for Remote Working?

Google wants to pay less and I can see others following suit

When I first read that Google was planning to cut pay for employees who choose to work remotely or move to cheaper locations, my first reaction was, “Are you kidding me? That’s so unfair!”
