A life hack (or life hacking) is any trick, shortcut, skill, or novelty method that increases effectiveness, efficiency, precision, productivity, accuracy, and self-awareness, in all walks of life.

Here is a basic introduction to (my) Lewie’s Lifehack system

Many philosophers and psychologists have identified a trait in most living organisms that can drive the particular organism to compete. This trait, called competitiveness, is viewed by many scientists as an innate biological trait that coexists along with the urge for survival. Competitiveness, or the inclination to compete, though, has become synonymous with aggressiveness and ambition in the English Language. More advanced civilizations integrate aggressiveness, hierarchies, and competition into their interactions as a way to distribute resources and adapt. Many plants compete with neighboring ones for sunlight.
