Giving ratings to delivery agents.

During COVID there has been a massive leap in online orders. Food deliveries, grocery deliveries, online shopping, etc all have seen a sharp rise. It was one of the key features which allowed successful lockdowns. Ease of use, better reach, and healthy delivery practices are what made it such a hit.

Forbes India predicted the food delivery sector in 2020 will expand to $111.32 billion from $107.44 billion in 2019.

We should be grateful to these delivery agents delivering us stuff during such adversity.

The simplest way to repay them is by providing genuine ratings or stars.

We usually give reviews when there is some issue with the delivery agent or product. Which is absolutely correct. If we are paying for a service we have every right to criticise in case of an issue.

However, we often neglect to provide feedback when everything is fine. It is a normal human tendency.

Customer reviews and ratings play a huge role in their hikes and commission of these guys. Companies often take it seriously.

We can show our appreciation by giving them actual reviews. It's such a small thing for us, may take a maximum of 1 minute. I am sure we can find 1 minute from our busy schedule.

So friends keep this in mind the next time you order something online. Our small gesture may have a big impact on someone’s career.
