Do you believe we can set our minds to do anything we want? (not the bad and harmful things, please).

“There is good in everything, if only we look for it.” — Laura Ingalls Wilder.

I believe in pushing myself to a higher level in my work and life.

And the feeling is horrible when you don’t see results which makes me tired after all the highly motivational drive.

Fast forward, did I make it yet? Nope. Not really. I did not. What I was doing was obsessed. I set notifications, reminders, alarm tone, YouTube, Podcast, ping me when someone posts a motivation quote. And sticky notes all over my desk.

I have gotten carried away and feel burnout. I love the boost, and it is very encouraging. But following is a disappointment. I’m not motivated at all anymore. I thought it lost its power, and the side effects of overconsuming are terrible.

I don’t enjoy that downward spiral spirit. I thought I was being very productive, but it wasn’t. Negative thoughts start to appear. I knew I had to stop these motivational ideas. Its overwhelmed. I am handling it all…
