Is there a formula for happiness? Can it be that simplistic?

Is happiness elusive? The internet is full of articles and blogs on ways to find happiness. Some crazier ways than others. For those people that deem themselves as “happy people” many of them will tell you it is not the spectacular type events, large amounts of money, fulfilled dreams, or that “ah hah” moment that ignites the flame.
